I'm also on Atenolol. I started my journey at 350 pounds and have lost 81 lbs, I haven't had an issue with the atenolol. Good luck! :)

I go to this juice place in town and they do lots of combos with fruit and veggies. The last one I had was spinach, parsley, mango, date, soy milk, cider, and banana. Sounds funky, yes. BUT SO GOod!

Oh I know, I read this article too, thinking from the title it was going to tell me doughnuts could cure obesity or something ;). haha. I agree with the article though, never deprive yourself if you really want it, just eat it in moderation and make sure you have the calorie allowance...

Usually if the craving is really strong, I don't ignore it, I just eat something in moderation. Or better yet, find something healthy that can take the place of what you want. Say you are craving chocolate ice cream.... have a sugar free fudge bar or two (40 calories each).... If you're craving chocolate, have a couple…

Kens Light Options are really good, my favorite are the parmesan peppercorn and the vidalia onion. Yogurt dressings in the refrigerated section are good too... My fave is Bolthouse Farms Ranch! :)

I just got the Adidas Marathon, and I have fat feet and they fit perfectly. I never thought your feet were supposed to land the way they do in this running shoe! So comfortable!

Breakfast pizza made on a low calorie pita, scrambled egg whites, and reduced fat mexican cheese, and any veggies you want! Normal breakfast is usually cereal with a banana and unsweetened almond milk.
