Crock Pot! You can make Chili, Spagetti sauce for some spagetti squash, a pulled pork for a salad or burrito in a low cal wrap.... My favorite dinners are stir frys.... the rice cooker is my best friend. Brown Rice, some chicken, some veggies, you're good to go. :)

I got to week 5 before my hip started hurting. I'm still over 100 lbs overweight. it's tough, but it can be down, just don't push yourself if you think you might get an injury. I plan to get back at it soon! :)

I agree with you. I've had plenty of people quote what I say in a topic and make it sound like I'm doing something wrong. Everyone has their own way that works for them, we're not all the same. Give advice, don't preach.

I get the "what are you doing"? And I always reply with, It's easy, I count calories using a great site online that's FREE and I exercise. It's not a Diet, it's a lifestyle change. But you have to be ready!
