All of this is very confusing. It's calories in/burned, and that's it, right? Staying under calories consumed is where weight loss happens.

Wow! I'm super excited to find this group. I've set a personal goal for myself to ride everyday, if the weather allows. In October, I've ridden a total of 420 minutes. To keep myself motivated and accountable, I take a picture of something to keep as a reminder of my days activity.
