get involved in fitness competitions! It is much more fun and competitive, and way less stacked! It's a combo of body building and doing stuff, like handstands, flip, handsprings and such. It's not all vanity, it's also skill.

Like Calypso said - the keys are not this Check out Sanabel and definitely St Augustine - that is the oldest city in the U.S. Super historical and lots to tour and do over there. and they even have lil waves on the East coast. Crystal River / Weeki Whatchee area is awesome for the whole fam.

Why would you want to? Is it for a spiritual reason? For weight loss? Or just to do it? I tried it with a group of people as a challenge and I tried several times, but it was just icky feeling. Good enuf for me! I will log there when I ride. Hard rain expected for Thursday. I drive on rain days. But I also throw down a 30 miler or so on Sunday mornings usually.

I Sweat Daily! Run 3 days a week with long run on Saturdays Ride bike 24 miles per day mon-fri to work long ride on sunday morning, usually 30+ play softball sunday nights lift whenever I am out bar-b-qing (couple nights a week) Mostly just bench, squat and powercleans.
