  • Thanks everyone! I'll keep an eye out at the store!
  • Does anyone have any suggestions on low calorie wheat bread that will not crumble, is not too thin, and actually tastes good? I keep noticing the breads that I am eating have about 90-100 calories PER SLICE. So if I want a sandwich for lunch, that's 200 calories right there on lunch. While I could choose other lunch…
  • Welcome to the site! You definitely need to take things day by day and see how you feel. If you are up to a block today, maybe next week you can try for a block and a half. Baby steps is the way to do it! Good luck with your goals!!!

  • Gatorade, jello, soup and plain toast (or crackers). You could also try to warm up some 7up or Sprite and drink that too. Other ideas, ramen...or plain noodles. Feel better soon!
  • 1 piece wheat bread, 1 hard-boiled egg white, 1/2 banana and 1/2 packet of Quaker Oatmeal (i got a sample pack in the mail I wanted to try and gave the other 1/2 to my boyfriend). Overall I think it was 250 calories for the meal. Your broccoli salad sounds much more exciting!!!
  • That's a really great job! Any tips you can share? Were you just really good about keeping an eye on your calories?
