I love the idea of 120 in 2020 but I think 125 is more realistic for me. Heck- never getting above 130 for the rest of my life and stopping my struggle with weight gain is my ultimate dream/goal! Realistically -Bouncing between 125/130 between regular life and vacations is what I’m putting out there as my goal!
