I'm about a 2-4 now, but I have more body fat than I'd like, so probably a 0-2 when I see the definition I want. This sounds pretty small, but I'm only 5'2" and I have a pretty small frame (ring size is a 4.5)

I only like ear piercings, but I think anywhere on the ear is fine. I have a left tragus piercing myself, two lobe piercings on my left and right ears, and a third lobe on my right ear. I really dislike gauges; I personally find them really unappealing, but to each their own I suppose.

My favorite are the generic unsweetened wheat puffs. I put them on my yogurt, have them with almond milk and some cocoa powder... delicious and they happen to be really inexpensive!

I have yet to see someone (other than a professional) go blonde by dyeing it themselves and have it turn out looking good. You are supposed to be 18 years old to be on this site. Sparkteens is probably a better resource for losing weight at 15. You are still growing, and what works for people who are older may not be the best for you.

Definitely a bra. What's worse is I didn't even realize it until I got on the track and started jogging and I thought "something feels weird..." Since I had come straight from class, I was wearing a regular lacy underwire. NOT fun to try and workout in.. I just walked for a longer time instead of trying to run.

Williams Sonoma also takes back pretty much anything for any reason, so if you don't like them, you can return them. My mom used to work there, and they once took back a pan that a woman had been using for 10 years and decided she didn't like it anymore.

Pepperidge Farm Baked Naturals are also a great alternative; They have wheat and potato kinds with different flavors of each, and they are all delicious and lower calorie than regular chips (about 130 calories for 25 crisps).

I pretty much just wear cotton thongs so I don't have panty lines. During the summer, I might wear the Nike Tempo shorts with the built in underwear without any other additional underwear just because it is more breathable material, but this is only if I'm running outside.

Are you sure you aren't just sweaty in different places? For me, I barely sweat on my head and face, but I sweat a lot on my back. Even when I am at my sweatiest though, it's still not that much. Unless you are not sweating at all, I wouldn't worry about it.

I think it makes a great snack. If you buy the smaller bags, usually 3 servings, just divide them out into plastic snack bags so you only eat one portion at a time.

You said you just ate... if you ate a lot (either calorie-wise or volume-wise) you may be feeling sluggish because of that. Perhaps try timing your workouts a few hours after eating instead of soon after.

Depends on the person. I'm small and have low blood pressure, so I usually have to wait 24 hours, but if you're bigger, the amount you donate might not have as much of an effect on you.
