UGA! Go Dawgs!

Yogurt with bran cereal (I like Kroger Carbmaster yogurt with AllBran, but yogurt preferences vary) and a Morningstar veggie patty. Some protein, some carbs, and keeps me full until lunch

Pecans and cashews... especially pecans. Just looking at them grosses me out, and it's so awful biting into some dessert with surprise pecans. I actually really hate most nuts, but those two are the worst

110. I'm between 5'2" and 5'3". I don't want to weigh any less because I want to still be able to donate blood, as I do somewhat regularly.

I don't have kids.. but if I did I would give them straight everclear. The alcohol will kill any pathogens without the use of those horrible pesticides.

whiskey diet coke, gin and diet tonic (or another clear diet soda or juice), light beer (if you like it, I know some people hate it but I love it)

Whatever kind you decide to use, try to master the art of "salad shaking" haha... Many people pour dressing right onto their salad and have to use a lot of get it distributed to all the leaves, but if you just put one tablespoon or less for 2 cups and you shake the salad (put one bowl on top of the other with both bottoms…

I was in 5th grade. We started to hear whispers of something bad going on earlier in the day. I think the teachers wanted to stop all of the rumors, and finally called us all into the cafeteria, where we gathered around a small TV on a stand to watch the news. I don't think we, as children, understood exactly what was…

Some tuna (that doesn't even have to go in the fridge), carrots, hummus, low sodium deli meat, cottage cheese.. all pretty good stuff that doesn't take up too much space in a minifridge

Firstly, my uncle and his 4 children are mostly vegetarian (their parents are divorced, and I think they eat meat sometimes when they stay with their mother, but they don't eat much of it anyway) and they are also all very thin and eat all the time - it's not because they are malnourished, it's because that's what most…

Most of those brands aren't regulated by the FDA (I think that's which organization is in charge of them; I know for sure they aren't regulated by the government but I'm not 100% sure if the FDA is the right umbrella they'd be under). A lot of those cosmetic contacts are made in China and imported with little to no…

My legs used to get itchy when I ran, especially when it was cold out. It hasn't happened in the warmer months to me, but I don't know that it won't start up again when it gets colder. I find that it goes away if you ignore it for 10 minutes or so.

Try clips like these: http://www.beautyofnewyork.com/shopping/E6S4230407KC0930.htm They worked for pulling my hair in a half-ponytail when my hair was its shortest

Being on a college campus.. the freshman girls who feel the need to walk in rows of 3 or 4 on the sidewalk, and make me run on the grass to get around them even though they can clearly see me coming. Really, girls, if you break formation for 3 seconds, you'll still be able to be BFFs, I promise. You won't get lost if one…

I would love to hear a scientific reason as to why any food could burn fat specifically from your belly. Most of these foods are just low calorie/low sugar and filling.

Dad went to Auburn, Mom went to Vandy... and I'm a Georgia Bulldog!! GO DAWGS!

I also have class all through lunch time and I have to eat bars for lunch 2-3 days per week. I usually go for Clif Mojo bars or Luna Bars. I'm pretty sure Clif bars are available in the UK, not sure about Luna though (but I think it's the same company)

I marinate mine in a low-cal hoisin sauce, then pan fry it in about 1/2 TBSP olive oil. I posted the instructions a while back in the recipes thread; I think it's called "simple tofu dish" if you wanna search for it. Good luck, I <3 tofu!

I don't log it when I have a packet of sugar-free drink mix (I usually have only one a day, and it's 5 or 10 calories) and I don't log black coffee, though I do log creamer if I have it. I don't think 10 calories logged will make a difference; after all, everything you log is mostly estimated unless you're scientifically…

I don't have kids, but I was spanked when I was a child and I think it was effective. Of course, it should not be hard enough to injure the child, just a momentary small amount of pain to associate with bad behavior.

I try to log within an hour, before or after, of a meal. If I'm out at a restaurant or something and I haven't picked out what I'm eating beforehand, I try not to log it right then on my phone because it can look rude and I don't like explaining to people what I'm doing. If you find it too time consuming to log your food…

I pretty much do this too.. small breakfast and lunch, one small snack if I really need it (usually depends on if I'm going to be exercising that day) and then a big dinner (500-700 calories)
-
I don't really subscribe to the "eating at night is what makes you gain weight thing," I think it's much more about calories in/out. After all, if it mattered more white time you ate at rather than what you ate, wouldn't everyone be thin just by eating a lot of food at breakfast and lunch? If you know you're hungrier at…

Chick-Fil-A chicken biscuits.. I used to have one for breakfast at least once per week in high school, along with a medium sweet tea. 570 calories and it wouldn't even keep me full until lunch.

I used to run early in the morning when I had days that my classes didn't start until mid-morning. It might be tough getting up at 6 am, or going to class with your hair not being done nicely, but your body will thank you! Walk to classes whenever possible, too. I barely know the campus bus routes because I avoid using…

A scale is the most accurate, but if you don't have access to one, I have read that an ounce of cheese is about the size of four dice

I'm probably going to get flamed for asking this buuuuuut... it said that she is a stay at home mom, and then says that she used to use frozen meals, etc. because she was so busy. Both of my parents worked full time and we still had homemade dinners 95% of the time (the other 5% being eating at a restaurant or the…

I would suggest sandwiches If you have a good amount of calories available, use a hearty whole grain bread, or if not you can use one of the light whole grain breads (Natures Own, Sara Lee 45, etc). Use either deli meat (try to find low sodium) or chicken/turkey/other meat you've cooked at home and shredded or sliced.. or…

My vote goes to the floral one! I love the print Congrats on your success!
