  • excercise can really help that, and so can water! Drink more than the 8 cups a day if you are having that problem, it really helps the fiber do its work! Good Luck
  • One is banana's...although I don't know why...I think moderation is a key for me. If I agreed never to eat any of a particular food, ever again, I would probably crave it immediately! :ohwell:
  • Wow, I can really relate to your struggles! I have four kids, my eldest being 15...then I have 4, 2.5 and 6 months...I have lost the baby weight, but I was chubby when I got pregnant (and I remain so!) I lost alot of weight between my 4 and 2.5 year old (25 lbs), but it isn't enough. I have 36 lbs to go till I am healthy.…
  • It is really helpful to have a prep day..leave lot of veggies, brown rice, quinoa , protein etc. prepared in the fridge...then just heat and season whatever you want!
  • My goal is 1200 cal/day, I am 5 foot 3, I weigh 169. I burn 350-600 calories a day and I don't eat them back if I can help it. I try to eat the 1200 calories and then excercise...so it looks like I'm below calorie goals, but I have eaten 1200 must days
  • My sister had that problem, but she also had some GYN issues...probably a good idea to ask your doctor! Hope you get the answers you need.
