That is my goal per day... 1500 calories, but also trying to keep exercising (walking)...feel free to add me as well...everyone!

I definitely need to be on this page as I am starting over again. I need help with motivation, especially now with fall being here (although you can't tell in San Francisco with it being 75 degrees). Glad to know I am not the only one!

Wasn't sure if this thread was still going. I am glad to see that it is. I am back trying to get back on track. Currently 223# want to get down to 200#, but can't seem to get back 220#. Need to switch things up a bit. Add me if you like, as well.

Date: 1.8.17 Start weight: 255 Current weight 226 Goal weight March 1st- 206 1/15- 1/22- 1/29- 1/31- 2/5- 2/12- 2/19- 2/26- 2/28- 3/1- I haven't started working out much. I am more focused on limiting eating (more healthy), no alcohol, and getting my 10,000 steps in every day.

What I have found in the past, when I drank alcohol, the weight gain didn't happen until several days later... like they are trying to catch up. Do other people have that happen?
