  • I'm still stuck at 150lbs this week. :( I'm fairly confident that my issue is consistency regarding my workouts. I am committed to doing a minimum of 30 minutes, 4 Xs per week for the next month at LEAST. I figure it's a good starting point... I hope everyone has a great week!
  • I weighed in at 151.0 LBS. This means a loss of 1.4 LBS for me. Unfortunately, I feel pretty confident this fluctuation is just water weight. I guess time will tell... Best of luck to you all!
  • Today is a starting weight for me, and also the heaviest I have ever been. 152.4lbs.... My goal is to get back to 135. *gulp*

I'm also a vegetarian, so if there's another like me who wants to compare diet AND excercise along the…

  • I'm a pescatarian/mainly vegetarian. I eat fish because I LOVE sushi & could not seem to give it up, but I try to limit my intake. I am trying to shift my focus to healthier, dairy-free/dairy-light options with more protien, and I would be grateful to learn any recipes y'all may use. I am not new to "MyFitnessPal," but…
