This week has been pretty good for me. I have eaten well but I haven't got in all in workouts I hoped for. Weekends are the worst for me so I am going to try to stay on track. So far it looks like I have lost this week so I am anxious for Sunday's weigh-in.

Hi - I'm Laura and I am 30 yrs old. I am ready to get in shape. I do really great during the week but weekends are hard for me; specifically eating out. I love this challenge and look forward to holding myself more accountable.
