I drink Diet Coke every day, several times a day, does not cause cravings or headaches. Has not had any effect on weight loss either. I also try to drink lots of water as well. To each their own.

I use 100 cal Orville redenbacher, spray with butter flavor cooking spray, put on a bit of garlic salt, and a bit of parm cheese. Gotta try the Old Bay. Sounds great.

I have discovered that for me, portion control means weighing almost everything I eat. Suggest investing in a good scale that has both ounces and grams.

Love peanut butter and potato chip sandwiches. Also, after opening a new jar of peanut butter, the first taste is scooped out with fingers. Leftover stuffing from Thanksgiving is best eaten cold.

I love them on the George Foreman. Wash and dry, then spray with butter flavor cooking spray. Put whatever seasoning you like and rub it in. Sometimes lemon pepper, maybe garlic pepper... Old Bay is good, cajun seasoning is good too... What ever you like. Sometimes marinate in teriyaki sauce. Don't over cook, but not easy…

Having a good scale was very necessary for me to learn portion sizes. I continue to weigh nearly everything at home. That has helped me be better at estimating portion size and calories when eating out.

I have learned...over many years of trying this diet and that weight loss product, etc., that it is best to not say anything, and let the results speak for themselves. Friday night is pizza night at my house. Sometimes store bought frozen, sometimes delivery. Work it into your macros and calories. More veggies the better of course, but you can still occasionally work in pepperoni and sausage. Works for me.
