I eat whatever I want, stay Under my calorie goal, exercise and lose at least 2 pounds Every Week !! I want to get used to eating right, (under goal) and doing everything else right, (exercising) to lose weight and have a more healthy life style before worrying about eating clean or dirty !

You say you burn 400 - 600 cals per day but you don't say if that is from working out or just lying around.. If it is from lying around you should be burning much more than that ! Mine came off very easily with a butter knife however I am not impressed with thw battery life of 3 weeks.. Hopefully a New battery will last much longer.. ... Sounds like there is something not right with yours ?

If you are eating canned tuna, which I love, you should be eating the one packed in water.. If you are then it should not change the calorie value.. I think they write "drained" because everyone, or Almost everyone drains it before using it !!

Been eating Quik Oats oatmeal with bluberries or bananas at least 3 times a week for breakfast and maybe what you said it true,,, NOT !! I steadily lose 2 + pounds every week !!

I work 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm... I usually get up a little late because I stay up late. My typical eating schedule is ;;; up around 8:00am ish .. 1 cup of coffee and head to the gym.. back around 10:30ish. Eat small breakfast or a smoothie and pack lunch and dinner. Log daily.. .. Stick to what you know as far as calorie count etc.. Don't say, "oh this won't hurt".. Get a record going for yourself is losing weekly, staying under your calories etc.. Right or wrong, I don't pay attention to any of the carbs, sodium etc etc... I see people eating Clean or People Eating Dirty !! I am not concerned with any of that right now..
