Hey! I'm a mom of 3 and my youngest is almost 7 months. I'm still breastfeeding, and I've been using that as an excuse to eat ALL the food! Started blogging again Saturday and realized how unhealthy I've been eating. Time for me to get my eating in check too!

Congrats! My Baby boy is 3 weeks old today. I luckily only gained about 24 lbs this pregnancy (my 3rd) and I only need to lose 8 more to reach my prepregnancy weight. I'm planning on starting on the 1st as well. Although I don't really think I have any food sensitivites, I can see the benefit of cutting out foods to keep me from craving others. I'm really hoping that I see improvements in my sleep quality.
