I'm so glad I'm not alone in being addicted to bread! It's always been my comfort food, and sometimes i have found myself eating up to TWELVE slices in a day...that's a little excessive, and it needs to end now!

When I do intervals, I figure out how many minutes total I'm doing each speed. Such as in a 20 minute workout, I may do 8 minutes at 6mph, and 12 minutes at 4mph. I just input those separately.

I have an extra thoracic vertebra, and if I didn't have it, I would be at least 2 inches shorter than I am (5'1 --> 4'11) I also have scoliosis, caused by the extra vertebra, and a fainting disorder that was literally caused by my long-term boyfriend and I's relationship ending.

Maybe I'm missing this, but it would be lovely to have a graph of net calories over a week. If it takes 3500 calories deficit to lose a pound, I'd like to see where I am in that range based on my BMR, intake, and exercise! I eat about 400 calories less than my BMR, but that doesn't count into how many calories my deficit…
