Taebo will allow some people to lose weight. If it didn't work for you, try something else but discouraging someone isn't the way to go. I was a size 15/17 and went down to a size 5/6! And only using taebo.

Do NOT believe that doing taebo will not allow you to lose weight, some workout plans work better for some and some don't work at all. You have to simply try. That's great to know! It wasn't a fasting thing or a diet :P I just typically don't enjoying eating and when I did it was more like a rabbit. I suppose I had so many people in my circle telling me it wasn't healthy I worried more so about it.

wow! that's an amazing accomplishment! 200 is where I am now. I just had my son 5 weeks ago via c-section. He was a 10 LB baby, I' so blessed but the extra weight is killing me. LOL hopefully I can be as motivated as you and lose those pesky pounds!
