I feel a bit of a hypocrit giving advice as I'm no expert but your looking for help n advice and I will try offer some.:) Quick look at your diary, you seem to eat quite a lot of carbohydrates (especially sugary ones) at every meal with not a lot of veggies. Just a thought, as I said I'm not a dietician or nutritionist.

I'm looking for this answer too, just bought a book on strength training and free weights training and would like to start but need to lose a lot of fat too. So I'm keen to see replies to your post.
