Richie here. Back on the bandwagon as I've been away for a year - time to shape up and shift some BF as I have a couple events lined up. Lost a ton of weight and body fat last year (around 20kgs and 18% BF) Feel free to add me - hopefully fires up the motivation! Good times! :-)
