Actually doctors do know a lot. They are in college for 12+ years, not to mention their internship. You may want to seek information from a dietitian if you are looking on how to eat right, and to lose weight. If you are eating 1400 cals a day and feel that you are starving, this could be because you were eating a heck of…

Tolerable upper intake levels for Vitamin A 3000. A typical woman needs about 700 micorgrams. The ability of Vitamin a to be stored in the tissues means that, although the DRI recommendation is stated as a daily amount, you need not consume vitamin A everyday. If you are exceeding your vitamin A levels from a supplement,…

This. I have has 3 c-sections. Once I lost the weight, my pooch slimmed a lot. I have 20lbs to go and I am sure it will be gone 100% I honestly think it is from having a baby, and not necessarily from having a c-section.

I started by walking every morning pushing my 2 children in a stroller. Then I started eating about 1300 cals a day. I was eating about 2000. I eat my refined carbs in the morning or lunch, and at dinner I would eat my complex carbs (sweet potatoes ect...) I have lost 33lbs in about 6 months. I'm sedentary for the most…

Hello, I'm 5'1 and work with a registered dietitian to make sure I'm fueling my body right. I have been on a 1200-1350 cal for almost 6 months. It has worked great for me, but you have to make sure you are eating the right cals. It's easy to become malnourished while eating fewer cals. It took me a few weeks to find my…

Ahh yes ! starting again! It's hard to stay motivated, I think this goes for a lot of people. For me, I have to be constantly motivated. Hello, I have done p90x, and LOVED it. The last time I did it I got to week 8 before I was ordered to stop by my Dr. ( bit on the neck by a black widow!! What a wild ride that was!) Today I start week one!! So, if you want to add me as a friend, we can keep each other motivated!! I usually don't do p90 on the weekends…

It is low in lysine. Typically hemp is paired with other plant protein like rice and/or bean, whey ect "A disadvantage of hemp protein is that it contains little lysine, and the amounts of leucine and tryptophan are also on the low side. Athletes who are looking to hemp as their main source of protein would be best off…

Incomplete proteins are those that do not have one or more of the essential amino acids. Hemp, because it has all of the essential amino acids, is classified as a complete protein. Hope this helps

You can create your own exercise. I wear a heart rate monitor when I do p90x. I know ab ripper I burn 115 cals and Cardio can vary from 550-720 in cals. How long have you been doing p90x?

Go to your local running store, get fitted and talk to someone about shoes and other things that can help. They have a ton of info and its free!

I have a 3 yr old and an 8 month old. I had to break down and get a double jogger so I can go for walks/ runs. Having my kids strapped into a seat is what works best. I have a home gym in my garage, and when I have weight days ( 3 days a week) I have to plan around naps. The naps dont always line up and I'm not always…

Congrats on your weight loss. I'm also 5'2 and currently I weigh 168. My goal would be 125. If you have a small frame you weight goal could be 108-121. I have a medium frame that is why my goal is 125. Here is a link from previous MFP http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/299540-5-2-ideal-weight…
