@hmrey76 I followed you advice and restarted the program. I'm so glad that I did! I feel stronger and didn't have to modify as much as I had before. Today I start phase 2.. wish me luck! @lalajka How is everything going?

Hi LValyear, I'm still doing the program. I just finished phase one and will be starting phase 2 tomorrow. I was sick for a few weeks and decided to restart the program. I hear phase 2 is intense so staying at weeks 3/4 might help you be stronger for the next phase.

@ss_mom Welcome!! That is so amazing that you have not taken breaks. As lalajka said, there were a few of us that got sick and had to take some time off. I was sick for 3 weeks so I started back at square one. Today I finish week 2 again... :/ It's very inspiring to hear that you all are noticing a difference!! :)

Well, I did workout 1 yesterday and it was hard. I may start from the beginning. It does seem that everyone has been getting sick. @impsmama Welcome!! I would say there is a lot more jumping around the further you get into the programme, but you could easily modify the moves.

I have not been so JMBR committed the last 2-3 weeks. I got super sick, and school has been demanding. I stopped on week 3 of phase 1. Good morning everyone!! I have been out sick for almost a week. This cold really wants to stick around. I missed a week of JMBR, but will be back at it in a few minutes. I have just finished week 3. I have only been doing 5 workouts a week (M-F), since it is really tough for me to get a workout in when everyone is home. I'm almost done with week 3. I'm not a fan of the plank push ups either. I'm having a hard time doing the side sit-up because it hurts laying on my hips. I don't have a lot of padding on my hip, so I'm laying on the bone and it hurts... Does anyone else have this problem?

Happy Monday! I'm starting week 3 today, and finding it hard to get motivate. It is hard for me to workout on weekends with everyone home, and having 2 day off has killed my motivation. Also, I go back to college today.. :( I'm really determined to finish this program!! How is everyone else doing with the program?

I do not follow her eating plan. 1200 kcals is not enough for me, but she does have some great recipes you can incorporate into your diet. I just read that burpees are in weeks 3-4 cardio 2 :/ I just finished week 2 cardio/workout 3, I'm on day 10. I have started seeing results. How is everyone else doing?

you need to make choices that work for you, that are sustainable.. go eat some carbs and see how you feel. Might be worth introducing them back into your diet. But, you need to find what works for you. oh and I didn't give up carbs and have lost over 30lbs. I eat what I want, just within my kcal.

oh no... having a random change in schedule can make it super hard for me to get my workout in.. I'm impressed you got yours done!! That's super awesome! I started week 2 yesterday, and I'm already seeing results and feeling stronger.

@jessieshanks1981 it is a dvd set that you can buy. I got mine from amazon.com. I have also done 30ds and loved it, but found that I love JMBR more!! I just started week 2, feeling stronger and already seeing results!!
