Sunday burned 250 cal on stationary bike. Monday did nothing. Tuesday, treadmill, bike and weights/floor exercises. Back in the swing!

Thursday I did nothing but a few stretches. Had stayed up all night to catch up on some school work, so I just did some stretched and headed to wrk. Got home @ 8pm and crashed...bad day for healthy living! Today is Friday and I'm off.....so, got in a nice workout this morning: bike, treadmill, hand weights, situps, floor…

Today, 30 min on stationary bike. My knee is hurting. Strength training tmorrow.

Tuesday - 1 hour on stationary bike - I go slow, but it burned 250 calories!

YES! Exactly what I need. I did 25 min on treadmill and 10 min on stationary bike. It was easy today, I was off. What's hard is getting up at 4:30 am to get in 30 min-45 min befre getting ready fr wrk and leaving @ 6:30. Thanks fr the challenge!
