I called my doctor this morning and actually got an appointment for this afternoon. General diagnosis is acute sinus infection. The boy child just got back with my antibiotic. I hope it works in a hurry. I caught up with reading but feel too bad to comment except, go Sylvia!! :heart: Carol in NC

Sit & Rise = 7.5 I took off 1/2 point because I sort of plopped for the last six inches or so going down. I used one knee and one hand getting back up so that was -2. Not too bad for arthritic knees, I think.
