Are you only doing the bike you have to change the exercise you are doing. What kind of calories are you eating? I am 171.8 for about three weeks and decided to change up my workout and count my calories to a tee. I will let you know if it works for me. You don't give up !!! I know how you feel but you can do it.

I just turned 45 in July and I am trying to be 135 . I was never a problem but two babies and life I gained alot of weight. I am really working on it and this is a great tool to use. My current weight is 171.8
