If you want to get really technical, Chemistry wise, water can only equal water. Tea has over 2,000 chemical compounds in it. Water = Water. I log everything else as the actual item. Coffee is logged as coffee, tea is logged as tea, etc. Water is logged as water.

I do mine in the morning followed by a protein almond milk shake and 4 other small meals throughout the day. Usually a hearty progresso soup for lunch. Low cal but filling. Otherwise following michis ladder.

Day Two has to wait a few. I got hit with something last night after my run and have been in bed all day. I actually went to bed last night at 9pm (which is terribly early for me.) I showered this morning and put pjs back on and haven't gotten off the couch all day. Here's to another day!

I don't see where it says "Fluid consumption". It clearly says " Water Consumption We recommend that you drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Click the arrows to add or subtract cups of water." Count it as water, if it's water, otherwise log it.

My first was 1 month into Couch to 5K and I did, 38:41. My second was after C25K was over and it was 26:50. Third was 28:40. I am looking to do one in the next month or so. Justto see where I stand now.I have now been running for 8 months.
