Whole wheat pasta, grilled chicken, and sun dried tomatoes. With a bit of olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Yummy!

Love it and have done it twice. My advice: Stick to the program, don't do more, don't do less. Even when you feel like you could go on forever. Stick to the program. Have Fun!

Do I eat back my calories from the 5 minute burn? And can I count tea as water?

Try adding a cup of vinegar to the wash, kills all the stinks in the clothes. As far as the deodorants go, be cautious about what you use, the more Aluminum, the worse. Aluminum has been linked to Alzheimer's disease. That being said, the Clinical Strength Secret is amazing, I only use it if I know I will have to be around…

Ok, I am doing this at home and don't have a bar. I am using dumb bells. I am in week seven of stage one and my weight numbers are still really low. I am doing 25lbs (12.5 each hand for most of the exercises) and just went from 35 lbs of step ups on regular step to 20pounds stepping up to a weight bench. Should I repeat…

Hey! I just began it again too. I had to stop last year due to an injury from the wrong running shoes. I was beginning month 2. Back to square one, my fitness test wasn't anywhere near where it was the first time around but, I will get there. Do you mind if we create a Group for those of us starting now? It might make it…

Just ordered. Local libraries didn't have it. It will be here Wednesday!

Short stride is more safe. Prevents injury too. You can do it and don't worry about speed.

I would love to be in!

I am in week 3 of my second round. I started (August will be) 2 years ago and was up to running 10 miles at a time and got hit with some nasty Planters Fasciitis. After going back and forth and thinking I was healed, and wasn't. I ended up stopping running altogether. Took about 10-12 months off and now am beginning again.…

Yes, agreed. Couch 2 5K is wonderful!

Mainy just to show them that they can do it and try to get them re-adjusted to healthy choices. They are very active and that part I am not worried about. I just want all of us to make better choices and I thought it might be fun to see what we can come up with. Yes, I know, if you don't buy it, it won't be here to choose.…

Watched Fooducated 2 days ago, prompting my first attempt EVER at Vegetarian eating. (2 days in and doing fine.) Watched Hungry for Change today. It was ok. Have watched Food Inc in the past. It was good. Forks over Knives is good too. Fat, Sick and Nearly dead (alot about juicing.) I really enjoyed FatHead. I agree…

Here's the latest article on him. He was on the Atlanta Journal Constitution Front Page on Christmas Eve, (I believe.) http://www.bestselfatlanta.com/Best-Self-Articles/Fitness-Weight-Loss/Inspirational-Real-Life-Transformation-Stories-from-Atlantans.html

Thanks All! He is an inspiration and I am (a little) nervous for him. The more people looking out for him, the better. :-)

Brrr... by the time he gets to Utah, I am sure it will be much warmer. He is looking to go 15-20 miles per day. It's over 2,000 miles from Savannah to Utah. It will be a bit.
