  • It took me 7 weeks to see a big move on the scale! Just be patient. I started eating more protein and having one meal a day that was just lean meat and protein and that may of helped to. Moderate exercise or pilates 5 days a week usually. one or two cheat meals a week. I'm 22, 5'2'' and 115.9 from 119.
