  • If you're fine with the shred, I say go for it.
  • I'm 5'3 (or 5'4, still haven't figured that out as I am used to centimetres :grumble:) and my SW was 176lbs  Friend request sent (:
  • Still loving No More Trouble Zones, much more than 30DS and RI30! I try to squeeze in also BFBM once or twice a week because it's a crazy good burn, but cardio is still not my best friend. Keep up the good work, everybody!
  • Hi everyone! I went a bit Jillian crazy in the last few months  I started with 30DS in October/November, then did RI30 in November/December and as of now I'm alternating Killer Buns and Thighs, BFBM and NMTZ (the latter being my absolute favourite) Feel free to add me if you want an extra dose of support…
  • I finished RI30 on Tuesday, yay :drinker: I wanted to thank everyone who has posted throughout this weeks because basically that's a huge part of what kept me going :ohwell: Tomorrow, or maybe on Saturday, I will take my measurements and see how I did (: Now I'm thinking to start Killer Buns and Thighs and maybe mixing it…

  • Sorry I have been MIA for the last couple of weeks, but this has been an incredibly busy time for me (work, friends, family, Christmas ). I couldn't fit in my workouts as easily as earlier in the month so I still have to complete week 4, but I am not going to throw in the towel :glasses: I'm finding week 4 very…
  • Just started today, I am officiali halfway through it! Unfortunately this week's workout seems to be very hard on the knees and I most certainly don't want an injure (: Well, I modified some of the hardest moves (duck walks, anyone) and I should be alright (touch wood). Thiugh it kicks my butt, I must say I am loving RI30.…
  • I tried it once this week, but only managed to get halfway through it! Never done yoga before and I guess it was too much for me right after RI30 so I switched to a hatha flow yoga workout for the last few days and I sbsolutely love it. As for week 2 I started yesterday so today was my second. I probably like it better…
  • Took a rest day yesterday, after my week 1 day 5 on Wednesday (and 20 minute of Yoga Meltdown which were... a bad idea). I thought I'll be doing one more of the first week first today and start with week 2 tomorrow, whoop whoop! This is going fast!
  • So far so good, only hate the very last abs move (so painful!) and feel extremely stupid while doing "the running man". Also, I am a little bit scared about the next weeks as Jillian goes on and on about how tough they are gonna be. Hopefully, I'll be prepared!
  • I just finished the 30DS and am onto RI30. Since I have the time to exercise more than 20 minutes, I've added some stationary bike training and now I've discovered Zumba Fitness. So usually is: Jillian + 1h of Zumba/bike at least 4 times a week.
  • I finished it on Tuesday and I was so happy with the results I got that yesterday I started Ripped in 30 (: Lost inches everywhere and now feel so much stronger and fitter, which is amazing in only 30 days!
  • So... I started yesterday! I liked it so much better than 30DS day 1, but that's probably because I'm a little fitter now :drinker: I love the new composition of the strenght part and also the lenght of the cool down part. Now I (we!) just have to stick with it
  • I was supposed to start today, but I only managed to do 1h of zumba fitness and then I went down with a massive headache, ugh. I'm more than ready to get back on track tomorrow (:
  • Hi, there! I've been here for approximately a month and a half, I'm 27, from Italy and looking to lose at least 30 lbs (: I'll add you (:
  • I use 1.5 kg weights but I'll probably be purchasing new heavier ones (maybe 3 kgs?) as I progress with RI30. Along with these DVDs, I workout 1h a day 6 times a week, usualy alternating HIIT on the stationary bike and steady cardio also on the stationary bike. Yesterday I dusted off zumba fitness 2 and loved it so much I…
  • I just joined :flowerforyou: Finished 30DS on Tuesday and starting RI30 tomorrow!
  • I was so happy I must have forgotten to post here and share my results! Weight: - 2 kgs (this was last Friday, I'll check if it has changed tomorrow) Waist: - 3 cm Arm: - 2 cm Breast: - 2 cm Thigh: - 1 cm (so glad I took those horrible "before" pictures! edit. thanks for being so supportive here and many compliments for…
  • Uhm... Italy!
  • Very well done, ladies! Level 3, Days 8&9 are done! Only 1 day to go... I'm utterly shocked at how fast this month has passed  I will post my measurements and weight changes, only they'll be in centimetres and kilos  Then I think I will take Wednesday and possibily Thursday off and begin with ripped in 30 on…
  • 5'4'' CW 174 GW (for June) 150 It would be the best result I'va had in years.
  • Convincee myself to workout everyday! Everyday is the same: I procrastinate it for as long as I can, then do it, feel great and ask myself why the hell didn't I do it earlier and swear I won't do the same tomorrow.
  • My arms are burning  Level 3 seemed easier at the beginning, but it's actually pretty tough! 25 days ago I wouldn't have dared to think it possible for me to do push-ups, abs and planks without collapsing :drinker:
  • Day 4 has come and gone (: I do modify the jumping lunges because they're definetely too hard on my poor left knee, but I manage to do the rest following Natalie (more or less, that woman is a fitness monster!). 6 days to go and I don't think I have lost that much weight, I probably lost centimetres instead AND I gained…
  • It was hard, but not as hard as the first day of level 2 was. I am a bit worried though because there seems to be a lot of jumps and moves that are hard on the knees in general and I injured my left knee a few years ago (something wrong with my ligaments, apparently) and really don't want to repeat the experience.
  • Level 2 is finally over!
  • I'm up for Ripped in 30 too!
  • @migrilla, foodie just starting out with fitness (+ pics of my homeland, Tuscany)
  • 140 would be my ultimate goal, but my first one is 150. Currently I weigh around 175lbs.
  • I don't know if I really think that I'm skinner than I actually am but I do know that I like the woman in the mirror more than the one in pictures :glasses: Actually one of the reasons I have started dieting and exercising again is to be able to look at pictures of myself (:
