Yes, Thank You for sharing!! I have similar numbers to yours, but an inch shorter. I have had the number 129 in my head all along. Usually people have a round number like 130, but I think of 129. You look terrific!! I too scour the success stories to try and stay on track. Awesome Job!!!

Good question. I am also very impressed by the results of the heavy lifting and weight related workouts. I have limited space as well. I could join a gym, but know I will not go in the coming winter.

I was on Effexor for 9 years. Eventually realized after switching Drs, it was making me nuttier. It took me a good 4 months to taper off of that stuff. I had tried before to wean off, but symptoms of withdrawal made me go back to it. It was not until I met my new Dr that he tapered me off of it VERY SLOWLY. Like I said, 4…

The 1200 cals was the # provided by MFP. I really do well outside of these few days. Perhaps it is something to consider, to up the calories when I know this time is coming with REAL food, and still incorporate some treats so I don't feel like I am depriving myself

I was worried about that too, but someone on MFP pointed out that the sugar counter doesn't know the difference between sugars garnered from say... fruits and sugar from other types of food. I though this was interesting.

Just an idea....perhaps you are low on iron. I used to fall asleep driving and that's what it turned out to be. You should ask your Dr. It's as simple as a pin prick to your finger.
