You need assistance. Perhaps start asking at the place your father goes for care, or the social worker at the hospital your mother has been in. There are programs out there to help. You can not juggle all this like you have been for much longer or you may end up getting very sick yourself. Good luck and stay well.

Great Post!! I too am thankful for everyone's input. Especially the people who post not so flattering "before" pictures of themselves. They are soooo inspiring to me! Some Day mine will be right in there too because of them!

Sugarless gum works for me as someone previously suggested. I pack it in and have a big wad of it, and it may have some calories too, depending on what kind you have, but far less than a binge.. Bubble gum works best for me. It keeps my mouth busy as if I were snacking.
