I love, love, love the success stories!!!!! They are my biggest motivator. That and the tickers on peoples posts as I scroll down and see all the lbs lost. I've never done weight watchers, I just couldn't get into the idea. Too fussy. I have been doing calorie counting on MFP and it is keeping me accountable.

I saw someone on MFP who said she breaks it down into small goals. For example when she thinks she is having a weak moment she tries to make it through that moment than that hour etc. It's worked for me a few times.
