If I know that I am about to partake in activity that my arms are not swinging,(pushing a shopping cart, spin class, elliptical) I will wrap my flex around my bra strap. I tend to get more accurate reading for not only steps but active minutes as well.

I have found with my Aria, if I move the scale from place to place, it has to recalibrate. Now I keep it in one place and it no longer recalibrates. I step on it one time and trust it's calculation. I also weigh myself weekly since our body's flexuate so much during the week. Hope this helps.

I wear my flex on my non dominate wrist but I have it set on dominate. This way it is not too sensitive. I know when I am typing at work it does not pick my strokes up as steps. Is there a way to wear both your watch and your flex on the same wrist?

When I get to this point, the last few weeks, I remind myself how much better my clothes feel and I will do something impulsive.....like run in place for 1 minute, or 30 push ups, this allows my urge to pass and I feel…
