Daily journal on eating I have failed every year. I thing that I have learned is drink at least one 8 oz. of water before eating. Secondly is eating slowly (10 seconds) between bites. I substitute butter or vegetable oil with coconut oil for cooking. Unless it states olive oil in recipe do not substitute with coconut oil.
