I don't eat all my calories back but I will save them for takeaway nights - so on a weekly net I'm still under & I've had a takeaway night & a non-calorie controlled meal each week since I started and I'm still losing

I have the flex, QQ I wear my flex during my exercises, then I also log the excercise manually for boxing/bootcamp/crossfit etc... So am I doubling up??

I did my first 6 months of diet & exercise without weights and lost weight, but not really inches like I thought. I now combine lifting, cardio & toning with the a healthy diet and protein shakes and only since doing that has my shape started to change.

It's recommended to eat at least 1200 a day, so any exercise is a bonus!

2000 cals for me is a treat day! :-) I agree with everyone else, in that it's probably to do with type of food you're eating. Be cognisant that 1200 would be the NET calorie, so if you ate 1500 but did a workout and burned 300 then you would be at your 1200 My track is set at 1200 net a day, I workout 4-5 times a week and burn around 800kcal each session, but on my rest days I would eat around 1300-1400 as trying to stick to a food intake of…
