I'm a nightmare with clothes! Shopping at my biggest was just painful before, I didn't enjoy it...I didn't buy because I like them or they were nice...they fitted So now I'm able to buy pretty much anything I want....I end up doing exactly that!
-
I completely can relate to this!
-
This is what I found! Still the same now!

I've learnt it's not a race.... Doesn't matter how quickly you want to get there, getting there is the achievement! I started slow, I had 100lbs too lose. I'm about 20lbs off and it's taken just over 2yrs to get to this point. The first stone was the toughest! Kept checking my scales wishing the numbers to move daily!!…

EAT TO PERFORM! Firm believer in the don't starve your body with low cal intakes, give your body the energy it needs...I too think that 1300 per day is low I'm 5ft 7 currently 84Kg and on a net deficit of 1200, I train 5-6hrs per week and I wouldn't be abel to train as I do on just 1300

My bad on the 50g, I wasn't clear! A PT friend of mine uses them, they have a great range, yes pricey but you get what you pay for

I weighed this morning and 3lbs...I was overjoyed as I literally thought it would be close to 5/6...I ate what I wanted and didn't get to the gym so 3lbs is a godsend! Back to normal this week!
-
ignore it...Eat what you want & excercise regularly as long as your calories in are less than calories out..
-
I started out 267lbs I'm 5ft 7 and after almost 2 yrs I'm down to 184lbs I've used MFP the whole time I found the first 3 weeks a nightmare and even though I was religious and logged everything and excercised 3 times a week I lost a poor 4lbs. So I understand why everyone here is saying it may seem slightly unrealistic…

I am 5ft 7 and weighed in at 267lbs in Jan 2014...I am now 187lbs and love my new lifestyle... I have reached mini goals along the way and have adjusted my excercise & food choices along the way but ultimatly you make a lifestyle change, MFP gives you the data to analyse and its what you do with it that gives you the power…
