I too am on 1200per day and YES they do go fast. I like 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel, 1/2 Tbsp fat free cream cheese and 1 sliced strawberry on top of it, with my coffee of course. Thanks, I will read that link. Green Tea is good, but I don't drink coffee for the caffeine, I drink decaf. I like green tea, cold, but then I would def be getting way too much caffeine. Something good, something bad, always like that. :smile:

I started drinking coffee when I started MFP. I drink decaf, black, and use splenda for sweetener. If it weren't for coffee I would be putting something else in my mouth (food). I drink about 6 cups a day during my work week and less on weekends. Is coffee really that bad?

The only way you can see what others are eating is by going to their page and seeing their food diary. However most people have it private, as I do. I use alot of websties that have free low calorie, low fat recipes and try to cook at home as much as possible. I read and enter all the nutritional information on everything…

Not sure where you are located but, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, all have them in stock here. I paid $99 for mine at Best Buy. You can probably check their websties if there is not one near you. Good Luck, I love my Wii.

According to other calculators I should be at 1500-1600 calories too, but according to MFP it is 1200. So I am sticking with the 1200 and have seen results. My "cheat day" is approaching and I still don't feel like I will consciously "cheat". I just know that after 30 days of not cheating, that I need to reward myself with something. I still love my Wii Fit . Do you know if there are advanced areas in the basic step? I moved up to advanced step because i thought the basic was too slow and wasn't doing anything for me. Should I go back to basic and see if there are other "steps" that you unlock?

I'm in too! I got a Wii Fit for Christmas and have been using it since January. I love it. If it wasn't for the Wii and the stairs in my house I would get no exercise. I have started with a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times a week.

I get really hungry too sometimes and have no calories left. When this happens I eat a granola bar 90-100 calories and then I exercise to go under my calorie limit. I've tried drinking water, but doesn't seem to help me. Good luck, I KNOW how hard this is!:smile:
