Thanks for posting! I just started P90. I like it! I can do it! lol I tried 30 Day shred but it's a little too bouncy for my sore ankle. I just modify the jumping jacks and bunny hop and I'm good! Can I ask if you did anything else other than P90? Those are awesome results in 30 days!

Mine has shrunk inches in the last 6 weeks. I jog, walk, do power90 and the first level ab ripper. Cario exercises that target the abs are great and I love reverse crunches.Try them all and find what works best for u to fit in :)

If you aren't hungry, don't eat! lol Find some extra time to workout and realize that life happens....parties happen. I click on caardio and type in strength training.....then it's calculated :)

Click on Cardio and then search for strength training there.....the other one is to keep track of your schedule ect....I think. All I know is it counts the cals if you enter strength training under cardio!
