It's a week late......but, this flu is gone and I am out walking! Daily goal is 30 minutes to start. Today I did it with a 30 pounds kid on my shoulders! Lost three pounds total this week! MFP doesn't count it because I gained two pounds the first week of working out though. I'm happy I lost them again! lol

Short answer....protien and fiber! I don't know if it'll work for you, but here is an example of what keeps me full on a typical day :) Example for breakie: Toast with peanut butter or oatmeal Egg Grapefruit Water Snack: rice cakes and apple and water Lunch: Huge salad, lots of greens and veggis and some chicken breast…

The calorie goal is probabley high (sounds really high) because of the amount of weight you have to lose, you are male and I'm guessing a bit tall? Why are you only eating 4 times a day? Six small meals is recommended. More whole grains and water will help :) Maybe theres a few snacks you love that are a healthy filling choices :) What is your calorie goal?

I've been on MFP for one week and have gained two pounds! I have been doing strength training and am not too discouraged as the last time I lost weight, I gained five pounds in the first few weeks. When I started working out (last time), I gained five pounds in the first three weeks, So discouraging! But I kept pushing and went on to lose 60pds in five months! Found it! If you go to enter an exercise, search under CARDIO, for strength training and it works it out! The other stuff I put under Calinethics :)
