Agree with beaytyandtheb, I drink a ton and most of what I eat has a high water content too.. And a lot if it, also the salt thing. Usually I'm 5 or even 6 lbs higher than the morning...

Any kind of leafy green, Pumpkin or squash ESP kobucca, purple sweet potatoes, lotus root, Chinese tang bao type herb soup and anything spicy .. Also like bean and sesame almond snacks... Jeez I'm a pig:)
