if your exercise involves lots of stretching it will be really good and make you feel way way better. i actually exercise a lot more often during that time, though it's a little lighter perhaps : ) when i was younger i got awful cramps but once i started doing lots of yoga during those days i haven't had them since. try it!

occasionally touching if you are standing a certain way is totally normal for a lot of women with hips of a smaller width or low degree angle, but i'd say if they are touching when you walk and run, esp if it;s uncomfortable or sticking together then that's not good. all our bodies are different and healthy looks different…
