You have the benefit of being young, your skins is still pretty stretchy and you will see benefits if you tone up after losing weight. I lost a lot of weight, well over 100lbs, didn't really have loose skin.

I don't look at them, you could call it denial I suppose but it wasn't me and never really was. I went through face book and untagged any picture of me, people are welcome to put them up but I don't want or need to look at them. My personal opinion is that there is far more to it than calories in and calories out, however the basic is solid if you want to lose weight.
