Walked the same distance today as I did yesterday in almost ten minutes less time, I guess I was walking faster. So I only walked 20 minutes instead of 10. Will make it up tomorrow by walking 40 instead of 30.. thankfully tomorrow I'm at the community college which means I can walk their track, so I'll probably get even…

I have social phobia so it's hard for me to get out and walk my neighborhood (and I don't have money for the gym) but my goal is to walk 3 1/2 hours each week (that's 30 mins each day).

I have a f*d period.. I get a 3-4 day period every 2-4 weeks. My cravings and cramps are unheard of and never regular. Sometimes I have cramps just non-stop for a month and sometimes I go through my period with only having cramps during the period itself. Same goes to my cravings, it's probably one of the reasons my weight…

Thanks for the reply. Do you know of a good candy that won't make me filled with guilt for sucking on a bag or so in a few short days? I think I'm guilt free with this because it's "medicine". But I know if I switch to lemonheads (my favorite candy in the world) or something I'll feel incredibly guilty.
