  • I haven't weighed myself yet but I sure have gained lots of stamina, endurance, and extra sleep. I can function very well now. By giving myself mini goals the ultimate goal seems more realistic each and every day.

  • I feel I can do this challenge. I'm in only one other challenge to lose 8 lbs by October 26 to bring me down to 172. I would like to reach 150 but my goal for Christmas is 154. Roughly loosing 2 lbs a week. I'm 180 now. I will be 154 lbs or less by Christmas. :happy:
  • I just started MFP on Tuesday. I'm in. Thursday 9/26, 180 Tuesday 10/1, 178 Tuesday 10/8, 176 Tuesday 10/15, 174 Tuesday 10/22, 172 Goal: Saturday 10/26 172 And that will be just 24 lbs away from my goal weight of 148. I'm 5"9 and big boned :ohwell: so 148 would look very healthy :smile:
