intensity is relative. If insanity feels like cardio to you then I see no problem with you doing weights afterwards while on the other hand... Insanity would definitely be HIIT for my 80 yr old grandmother Better option for you... do your weights first followed by insanity in the same workout for more fat loss (if you have…

MORNING or anytime before your first (if you're Intemiteent fasting like me) you burn more fat that way by forcing you body to focus more on using your fat stores instead of storec carbs or glycogen for energy (which mostly gets burnt while sleeping and more is burnt while fasting before breakfast or before you…

doesn't matter what you eat as long as you eat the RIGHT AMOUNT to lose weight. so if you eat 5000 calories worth of carrots (which would be hard) you'll gain weight and vice versa... if you ate 800 cals per day of resses cups or M & M's you'll lose weight but you'll mess up your teeth in the process

I was doing it before I researched it. I'm so busy I routinely find myself eating after 16-20 hours of fasting (little-to-no-hunger) It works (if you're wondering) but if your life is stressful I wouldn't recommend it due to the stress causing massive cravings during the fasting period

dont eat back calories to replenish energy and here's why?: you have lots of stored energy (your bodyfat) already! so if your body needs extra energy then let it burn that fat for energy your workout plan looks okay but here's the thing... you need to find something that will KICK your *kitten* in 20-to-40 minutes where…

#1: gaining musle or bulking does not mean you HAVE TO GET FAT! #2: if you do a traditional old school bulk and gain muscle (great) and gain lots of fat (bad) then you'll just have to lose all the fat you gained again. #3: believe it or not you can gain lots of muscle on 2000-to-2500 calories per day. The point is to gain…

pinch the skin around your belly and then pinch skin on the back of your hand. is the skin on your hand the same thickness as the pinch on your belly? If it is then it's loose skin but if it's not (which it probably is) then you have more fat to burn and/or muscle to gain

Diet wise: what is your daily calorie intake? I recommend a range of 1200-to-1800 daily, trakc it and see what works best for you and usually the only time you'll need to go under 1200 is if youre at a low weight and not active. ALSO: dont eat back the calories you burn working out. TIP: try intermittent fasting to bust of…

for bodybuilding purposes or to look better naked it really does not matter but I'd opt for the smith machine squats UNLESS you're going to do bulgarian squats with dumbbells
-
it's usually the simple carbs (the unprocessed fatty, sugary & salty foods we love) that cause cravings. comlex carbs or healthy foods don 't cause so much cravings (if any)
-
there is no need to eat your calories back unless you want to eat more without feeling guilty. eating your calories back is like... 1. going on a diet ALONE making exercise pointless 2. imagine eating a pizza or drinking a soda while working your butt off on a treadmill
-
no, dont eat back what you burn off exercising. just eat the 1400 (I don't know how you got that #) but 1400 (or even a range of 1400-to-1800) is good enough to lose weight but don't just eat 1800 just because you're exercising but no matter what you do in your case you will look better naked as you lose weight

yes, any chest exercise (preferabbly flye movements). correcting your posture will help lift breast

so muscle gain for a friend to be more exact? here's the basics 1. he needs to eat 2000+ cals per day with 25-to-50% of that protein 2. he needs to get stronger each time he works out by lifting heavier, doing more reps and/or sets. 3. do compound exercises (dips OR bench press for chest, sho & tris) - (chins or rows for…

it depends on how much you lose. If you lose so much that your body fat levels get under 5% then your skin thins out making it easier for wrinkles to form but people who lose weight to their normal range look younger

this may not help much but I don't worry about the calorie burned when working out. what I focus on is what can I do to make my workout so intense that it kicks my *kitten* and then I just try to do that for 20-to-40 mintues 3-4 days a week and I find that blast the fat off faster
-
your not doing anything wrong. belly fat is usually the last the go. we all lose weight in different places at different times so just keep doing what you did to lose your first 11 and if losing that last bit of belly is stubborn then... simply eat less and/or ramp up your workout (simple as that) OR... you could add in…

all that matters is HOW MUCH & NOT WHAT you eat when talking about weight loss but of course... you can lose weight eating 1200 calories (or whatever you weight loss number is) of candy bars but your teeth may fall out in the process. I would make sure that your are truly eating 1200 calories and not underestimating and/or…

I don't worry about the calories I burn when doing intervals. I just try to get my *kitten* kicked each time but when I do my super intense 32 min. elip workout I try to beat the calorie number from the previous workout and 2 days I again I set a personal record of 386.7 calories in 32 min. The calorie thing just makes me…

at 2 hours your workout does not look that intense so this may not be a problem for you doing it everyday but work up to a point where your workouts are more intense and much shorter
-
of course it can work. the question you need to ask yourself is... Is my current calorie regimen working or Iam satisifed with the reuslts? If not then you simply have to make adjustments. for example... maybe on sunday you eat only 1500 while keeping everything else the same. you're basically on a 1000-11200 calorie m-th…

No, don't eat back the caloreis you are earning from exercise. 1. if you eat 1400 calories and burn 500-to-1000 caloreis exercising it is not like you are only eating 400-to-900 calories or surviving off of 400-to-900 calories. 2. an analgoy was made to me yesterday here on MFP that our bodies are like a car in that if you…

so you're not gaining any weight at all on 2200? you can do cardio (i prefer intervals) but strenght or weights WHERE you are GETTING STRONGER should be the focus of your workout program. as a matter of fact you should always begin your workouts with weights and then you can do a cardio or interval afterwards to burn more…

this goes to show that doctors (although VERY SMART PEOPLE) have very little know-how when it comes to weight loss. Most are even only required to take very little college classes (credit hours) dealing with nutrition. That's why I get frustrated when so many doctors recommend the 500 calorie hcg diets to their obese…

never knew about the small print. A lot of people at the YMCA I work at ask me all the time about whether they should get one or not. now I can tell them even the people who make them say it's not accuarate

this may not help much but... Throw it away or give it away. Me being the "look good naked guy" I recommend you use a mirror to gauge progress. don't drive yourself crazy stepping on a scale everyday and don't use the mirror too often but... I guess that's easy for me to say since I have only ONE small bathroom mirror in…

exactly how much mass are you going for? to support your muscle gain workouts you need to... 1. get stronger each time you workout (do the same weight, reps and/or sets) = you'll get very little reuslts so lift heavier, do more reps and/or sets each workout (even if its a little more). a bigger muscle is a stronger muscle…

least accurate. if used has to be done first thing in morning, can't drink anything, etc. and even still it's not dead on or even close. a multiple site caliper test is probably the most accurate you'll get unless you do underwater weighing or a bodpod

go to treadmill doctor.com and call them tommorrow sounds like the belt or the board under the treadmill needs replaced (but that's if you have a comm. treadmill) - i guessing yours is home based
