First... those things are delicious. Second, depending on if you have a caloric deficit or surplus at the end of they day will determine if you gain fat from those. Try to calm down. Don't buy anymore. I know if i have them in the house, they will end up in my belly so I have to stay entirely away from the god damn cookie…

I don't agree. MFP is a tool. Do with it what you will but it's up to the person to choose to eat something they can scan the nutrition information from versus enter it themselves. And not everything packages is bad nutrition wise... it's just a feature to save time.

Eat. Go for protein or fruits or veggies. Going over a small amount when your hungry one day won't hurt your progress. Listen to your body. If you're hungry, eat but choose something nutritional.

Regularly exercising even if it was just walking my dogs was the first thing I changed.

I always have to have something sweet after a meal so I warm up a quest protein bar. Chocolate chip cookie dough and white chocolate raspberry are my favs. They are amazing warmed and satisfy my sweet tooth.
