all that is amazing and delicious but is super fatting. Ice cream, pizza, chocolate, NOT diet soda, gyros......aaahhh its a fight everyday lol

I have the 1200 cals a day as well. I usually have about 200 in the morning, i keep lunch light and use the rest on dinner. (sometimes not fully meeting my 1200 a day) but i exercise for at least 45 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. I have a problem with snacking, so when im at work i dont bring anything but lunch and drink…
