  • I have only had the experience of big boobs when I was breast-feeding. Never liked them big - they were so heavy and made it hard to run and exercise. The only bad thing about losing them is the sag you're left with after.

  • Hi, I am doing RI30 - I'm still on week 1 - day 4 today. I have been doing modified pushups, and abs, but feel like I am improving a bit every day. Wondering whether to move to week 2 next week, or repeat week 1 to do the higher level exercises I didn't do this week. I have read that others repeated week 1.

  • So many of us have been there. I have 6 children aged 3 - 25; bounced back easy after no.1 with no effort (something to do with being 18, maybe) but had to make the effort the other 5 times! You can do it!

  • Hi, I'm new here too. Just started tracking in the last week, trying to drop my winter weight that crept on this year with too much chocolate and comfort eating.
