Thanks! Im running 3-4 days during the week so I had no problem running the mile itself but Ive never timed myself doing it. Was actually surprised with that time even though I did push myself to go faster than I normally do for the first mile of my run. I wonder if I'll get any quicker than that at the end of this…

Mini challenge results today... 1) Burned 964cals (3007/3000cals Mon-Fri) :) 2) Drank 102oz/100oz water :) 3) 71g protein (could have done better) :( 4) Under 1900mg sodium by 212mg :) So Im gonna say 3/4 today because I could have done better with my protein intake. But Im happy with everything else :)…
