Same here. Used to be pretty active but fell off. Making a dedication to MFP and have been consistently logging food/exercise for a week now trying to get back into the routine! Anyone is welcome to add!

Hey everyone, I'm Bryan. Joined this site a few years back but have never been consistent in tracking progress, nutrition and exercise. Decided it's time to change that. Looking for some motivation and give some in return for fellow MFP users! :)
