I'm 5'3", 104 pounds, and I net 1460 cal/day. I run 5k 5 days a week and on those five days I also do another 4-5 miles of walking and about 10 minutes of strength training. On those days, I'm usually eating around 1900-2000 calories. My other two days, I have 'rest days'. I'll go out and have fun, but I don't do my…

Guilt has never helped me, but I did have it for a while. Switching over and attempting to maintain was where I got stuck. I had been netting 1200 and I only jumped up to netting 1460, but it led to confusion. At first, I was still losing weight and then I started to minorly binge about once a week. The binging would lead…

I hated having to buy tops that wouldn't show my muffin top. And I seriously hated being in a swimsuit around others. I just had no confidence.

Shrimp Po-boy, celery slaw, ice cream and lots of cocktails! Date night!

If you google the Lard Lad doughnut they sell at Universal Studios Fl, you'll see the monsterous doughnut I had last week. It was amazing and I regret nothing.

All sorts of win.

It starts with my stomach and face, then my butt and chest, then thighs, arms, and so on.

I am 5'3", 102lbs, and my waist is 23".

I'm close to this story, so I'll chime in. I'm 5'3" and I started at 137lbs. My first goal was 118 and then my ultimate goal became 105. It took me just over 10 weeks to get to 118 and it ultimately took 21 weeks for me to get to 105lbs (a loss of 32lbs). I did this by jogging 5k and doing a few minutes of strength/core…

I just wanted to say that I made this on Monday and I've already eaten them all. Super tasty! Thanks so much for the recipe!

^ This exactly. I was just going to post the same thing.

I think you look perfectly fine and normal, not too skinny at all.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. The pill doesn't cause weight gain, but there's a chance it will increase your appetite. That's usually how people end up gaining weight on it. I just got back on the pill about 6 weeks ago and I haven't gained any weight at all (which is actually kind of sad since I'm currently trying…

Seeing photos of myself and being horrified at how chunky I had gotten. I only wanted to look at photos from 10 years before and that's when I knew I had to change things. There were other things going on too of course (like having to buy bigger clothing sizes, feeling self-conscious around others or when I was in a shirt…

Considering I only lost a little over 37lbs (and I'm trying to gain about 5 of those back), I haven't thrown away any of my old clothes. I did bag them all up and store them in my attic about 6 weeks ago though. I just can't afford to buy clothes again if I end up gaining weight back (or getting pregnant, ha).

I'm 5'3" and weighed in this morning at 99.8 (starting weight was 137. Goal weight is 105). Current measurements: Bust: 33 Under bust: 26.5 Waist: 23 Bellybutton: No idea, haha Hips: 32 Thigh: 16

Haha, oh OP, I had a very similar shock to the system at Noodles and Co. I don't even eat there anymore since I wasn't 'that' into it in the first place. I'd certainly rather spend those calories on foods that meet my macros and that I enjoy more. I was really shocked also by pizza and most restaurant desserts. I know…

I second the hard-boiled eggs idea. I only eat the egg whites though. Super protein burst to keep me feeling full and very low calories. I also like things like baby carrots, Luna bars (Mmm.. Nuts over Chocolate..), non-fat cottage cheese is another tasty one.

^ That right there is my biggest pet peeve. Granted, I love it when restaurants give you nutritional info, I also understand when local places don't. It sucks, but it usually doesn't dictate where I'll be eating. The thing I hate is definitely misleading labels. I hate when it's a candy bar and it has "2 servings per…

I'm in a agreement with the majority of the posters here. There's no such thing as 'naturally thin'. There are factors such as height, age, gender, and medical conditions that affect a person's metabolism. My best friend and my husband are both very thin and have been most of their lives. I've had my friend stay with us…

Nice job! Side note, I'm totally jealous of your amazing eyebrows!!

Everyone has their own goals for their own reasons. If you're happy and healthy at 160, awesome! If you're happy and healthy at 100, awesome! There shouldn't be critism for either route because it's all depending on your own personal goals. Also, I'm around 100 and I eat far more than 1200 calroies. I'm not tired, I don't…

I'm 5'3", so fairly close to the height referenced here. I was miserable at 137lbs which is also the most I've ever weighed. In high school, I was mostly happy to be around 118. My current weight is between 100-102. I think the best weight for myself is 105-108 which is my current goal.

Ahh... so much thin shaming on here... No one at all should be shamed for their bodies whether they're fat, thin, fit, or somewhere in the middle. This is ridiculous and it is bullying. Let's all stop making each other feel about about our bodies! If you have to feel better about yourself by insulting others physiques, you…

Ok... I get that some people aren't into the term of "skinny" or what that means. Completely understandable, especially if you do a lot of strength training and are very into fitness. What I don't get is "thin-shaming". Your friend may not be healthy (which is unfortunate), but that doesn't excuse you saying that she…

Worth it for me too. I love feeling confident and energetic. I feel much more comfortable in my own skin than I did pre-MFP. I want to go out more and do fun active things like dancing and hiking. I get to buy cute, trendy clothes and feel happy and cute in them. Plus, I still eat the foods I want. I just eat them in…

How about the gin and cheetos diet?

Mmm... Pepperidge Farm Goldfish.. I know what I'm picking up from the store later.

Pre-logging meals.

Not gonna lie, I'd be driven nuts if I were him too. I doubt I'd be aggressive like that about it, but I certainly get annoyed when co-workers eat particularly nasty smelling food in the workplace. I save my smelly fish and veggies for my home meals (for the record I love eating these things, but the smell is certainly…
